1. What we collect

If you become a Founding Member

• Your email address
• The website page where you joined
• The date and time you submitted it

If you use the Family Calculator

The Family Calculator runs in your browser. The age and contribution values you enter are used only to update the illustrative calculation on your device; they are not sent to Formspree and are not stored by Amplifi. We do not ask for a child’s name, full birth date, address, photograph, school, National Insurance number or financial account details. No money moves and no account is opened.

If you send us a message

The About Us form sends Formspree your message, any optional name and email address you provide, the form source and subject, and the submission date and time. Formspree may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and referring page.

We use those details only to read and respond to your message, understand feedback and operate the early website. We do not ask for your date of birth, address, child details, plan details or financial information in either current form.

When you browse

Optional analytics and advertising tracking is currently disabled. Amplifi is not loading Google Analytics, the Meta pixel or other advertising trackers on this website.

2. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to About Us messages and understand feedback — our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and improving the early experience.
• To count anonymous responses to the 10-for-5 poll — our legitimate interests in understanding whether visitors think the idea is worth exploring. Poll responses are not used for personalised targeting.
• To register Founding Member interest and send Amplifi updates — consent, when you submit the Founding Member form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it — our legitimate interests, and your consent where cookies are involved.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@letsamplifi.com. Withdrawing does not affect processing that already took place.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process data on our instructions under data protection agreements:

• Netlify — hosts the website and stores anonymous 10-for-5 poll responses
• Formspree — receives Founding Member and About Us form submissions, and retains earlier prototype-access and feedback submissions where applicable; Family Calculator values are not sent to Formspree

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on the appropriate safeguards required by UK GDPR, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum.

4. How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted

We keep Founding Member, contact and earlier prototype-access and feedback records for no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us unless you become a customer or the law requires longer. Marketing records are kept until you withdraw consent or they are no longer needed for the purpose described.

Anonymous 10-for-5 response records and aggregate totals may be retained while the public question is being measured and reported. Because a response is not linked to an identity or contact detail, Amplifi cannot identify or retrieve one person’s vote for deletion.

This retention applies across Formspree, relevant notification emails and any exported copies under Amplifi’s control. Some operational systems may remove records sooner.

To have your adult form or marketing record deleted, email hello@letsamplifi.com using the address you submitted. We will remove it from the active service and any exported copies we still hold, and confirm within 30 days.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct anything inaccurate
• Erasure — have it deleted
• Restriction — limit how we use it
• Objection — object to our processing
• Portability — receive it in a portable format
• Withdraw consent — at any time

6. Cookies

The site itself works without optional cookies. Nothing about the family calculator, forms or Demo links depends on them.

Optional analytics and advertising tracking is currently disabled. The Cookie settings control confirms that state and does not set a consent cookie or load third-party tracking tags.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and where changes are significant we will tell people who have given us an email address.
